Due to the intimate and body-conscious nature of our garments, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We encourage you to review our size guide and product descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about fit or sizing, please reach out to us before purchasing and we’ll be happy to help.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you to make it right.

Can I Wear Your Products?

Absolutely.

Our products are designed with trans experiences and a wide range of bodies in mind. Each piece is intentionally designed to provide comfort, affirmation, functionality, and confidence for the bodies it was created to serve.

While some pieces are designed specifically with trans femme or trans masc bodies in mind, you do not need to identify as trans to wear BXN. Our garments are for anyone who connects with them and feels good wearing them.

What Size Should I Get?

Our garments are designed to fit true to size, but your preferred fit may depend on how you like your clothing to feel.

For a standard fit, we recommend ordering your usual size. If you prefer a more snug, secure fit, sizing down may be appropriate for certain styles.

Tuckology bottoms: We recommend ordering your true size for the intended fit. If you prefer a tighter, more secure fit, you may choose to size down one size.

Packology pieces: We recommend ordering your true size. Because these pieces are designed to accommodate packing methods, sizing down is generally not recommended.

Please refer to the individual product's size guide for the most accurate recommendation, as fit may vary slightly between styles.

Tuckology is BXN’s approach to designing garments with tucking, security, comfort, and affirmation in mind. Our Tuckology pieces are thoughtfully constructed to help provide a secure and comfortable fit while allowing you to move, swim, dance, and live confidently.

What Is Packology?

Packology is BXN’s approach to designing garments with packing in mind. Our Packology pieces are created to provide a secure and comfortable way to incorporate your preferred packing method while allowing you to move freely and confidently.

Can I Wear Your Tuckology Pieces Without Tucking?

Yes! While our Tuckology pieces are designed with tucking in mind, you can wear them however feels most comfortable and affirming for you.

Can I Wear Your Packology Pieces Without a Packer?

Absolutely. Packology pieces can be worn with or without a packer. They are designed to provide a comfortable and secure fit whether or not you choose to pack.

Are BXN Garments Only for Trans People?

No. While BXN’s designs are intentionally informed by trans experiences, BXN is for everyone. Our garments are designed to affirm the people who wear them, regardless of gender identity or how they identify.

Are Your Products Suitable for Swimming?

Many of our pieces are designed with movement and water activities in mind, but not every garment is intended for swimming. Please check the individual product description for information about whether a specific style is swim-friendly.

How Do I Care for My Garment?

To help extend the life of your BXN garment, we recommend following the care instructions provided with your order and on the garment's care label.

When in doubt, opt for gentle washing and avoid excessive heat, which can affect the fabric, stretch, and construction of the garment.

What If I'm Between Sizes?

If you fall between two sizes, consider how you want the garment to fit. For most styles, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more relaxed fit and your smaller size for a more secure or snug fit.
